Talk is easy and there wont be any obstacles as far as agreement and philosophy. Standards will be set high, and rightly they should be, because there are certain things and responsibilities that need to be taken care of. If you want control and influence, than you are accepting the challenges.

If the foundations are corroded, they will need to be completely stripped away, and laid with new structure. It will happen as it needs to, and the old way of doing things will cease to exist. There are always opportunities to change and improve, and sometimes, life will take care of this as a matter of course without us having to struggle to cause it.

What is your goal? There is always one. You may be asked outright what it is that you are aiming for. I see big things and important things, and these things will come to fruition. But questions… a desire to know more, and perhaps… a responsibility to explain. Avoid clouds when searching for the ultimate vision of what you truly want to achieve.
